Techniques & Modalities
Chiropractic Adjustments
Chiropractic adjustments restore proper movements in the joints of the spine. This reduces potential pressure on the nerves, and allows the central nervous system to operate optimally.

Active Release Techniques®
Active Release Techniques® (ART) is a form of deep tissue manipulation. It addresses soft tissue injuries of the muscles, ligaments, tendons, nerves, and fascia.

Cold Laser Therapy
Cold Laser Therapy helps reduce muscle and joint pain and restores loss of mobility. It is used for conditions such as: osteoarthritis, internal scar tissue, injuries, and more. The treatment consists of three steps, using red and infrared light. This therapy activates the body’s own natural healing process to promote cell regeneration and stimulate tissue healing.

Functional Rehabilitation
Prescribed exercises help to establish healthy movement patterns by ensuring the muscles fire in the correct sequence. This also helps to prevent future injury.
